The platform

AI learning built on
how people actually change.

SUSY is not a video library. It is a structured learning journey built on psychological principles, designed to move your people from uncertainty to confident, responsible AI use.

The learning architecture

Every module follows the same four-step structure

Each step is intentional. Together they move learners from awareness to application to habit, which is what makes SUSY stick where passive e-learning does not.

Step 1

Watch

A short, engaging scenario-based video shows AI being used in a real situation relevant to your sector and role. No jargon, no theory - just a real workplace moment.

Step 2

Try

Learners apply what they have just seen using dummy data and their organisation's approved AI tool. Hands-on practice in a safe, guided environment removes the anxiety of trying something for the first time.

Step 3

Reflect

A structured discussion prompt takes the individual learning into the team. What worked? What surprised you? What would you use this for? This is where the social learning model creates lasting change.

Step 4

Quiz

A short knowledge check confirms understanding and feeds the completion dashboard. CPD records are updated automatically, and managers can see progress without interrupting their teams.

Each module takes approximately 35 to 45 minutes. Learners can pause and return at any point without losing progress.

Ten modules, one clear pathway

Learners see their full journey from day one - what they have completed, what is next, and exactly how far they have to go.

The content

Ten modules. Every pathway.

All ten modules are available across every sector pathway. The content is the same structure in every sector, but the scenarios, examples, and context are specific to your industry and the roles your people actually hold.

Modules 1 and 2 plus a bespoke organisational context module form the mandatory training tier - available as a standalone package.

1
An Introduction to AI
Establishes a clear and practical foundation for working with AI. Explains what AI is and is not, how large language models work, and why human judgement must remain central. Learners explore everyday uses and assess their own readiness.
Mandatory tier
2
Ethics and Accountability
Grounds AI practice in five core principles: data privacy, consent, fairness, transparency, and explainability. Learners practise balancing efficiency with care through realistic sector-specific scenarios.
Mandatory tier
3
Communication
Develops practical skills for using AI as a drafting partner. Learners practise generating first drafts, adjusting tone, combining multiple sources, and applying transparency so AI-supported communication remains credible and human-led.
4
Content Creation
Introduces the CODER framework as a structured way to guide, improve, and refine AI-generated content. Learners practise briefing AI clearly, checking understanding before writing begins, and refining outputs for accuracy and inclusivity.
5
Data Analysis
Explores how AI can support structured analysis without replacing critical thinking. Learners combine human judgement with AI capability to clean data, explore patterns, test assumptions, and validate outputs defensibly.
6
Research and Creative Thinking
Positions AI as a thinking partner for exploring complex challenges. Learners define meaningful problems, gather insight, generate a wide range of ideas, and evaluate options using impact and practicality before creating an action plan.
7
Problem Solving
Narrows creative thinking into disciplined problem solving. Learners clarify a real challenge, uncover likely root causes, generate practical options, and move from ambiguity to action through small, low-risk tests supported by evidence.
8
Advanced Prompting and Workflows
Builds confidence in managing more complex AI interactions. Learners practise diagnosing why workflows drift, collaborating with AI to regain alignment, reconstructing messy processes, and validating outputs for accuracy.
9
Key Learning and Reflection
Creates space to consolidate learning and recognise progress. Learners reflect on skills developed, shifts in confidence, and emerging habits that support effective AI use. The focus is on making learning visible and sustainable.
10
From Capability to Culture
Shifts attention from individual skill to shared practice. Learners explore how openness, visible judgement, and proportionate risk management shape trust around AI. The module emphasises everyday behaviours that help teams build consistency and responsible norms.

Plus a bespoke Organisational Context module built to your policies, language, and AI strategy - available as part of the mandatory training tier for wider organisational access.

The social learning model

Why SUSY uses a champions model, not a facilitator

Most e-learning is self-paced and passive. People start it, intend to return, and never do. SUSY is built differently. The champions model draws on research showing that peer accountability and social learning dramatically increase both completion rates and retention.

A champion is not a trainer. They are a colleague who guides their team through the modules, hosts the Reflect discussions, and keeps momentum. Typically one champion per team or department. No specialist knowledge required.

1
Appoint a champion in each team
Usually a line manager, L&D lead, or engaged team member. SUSY provides a champion guide and onboarding resources.
2
Team works through modules by an agreed date
Each person completes the Watch, Try, and Quiz steps individually. The champion facilitates the Reflect discussion as a group.
3
Ideas are captured and acted on
The best ideas from each Reflect session are captured and tracked. This is where pilots come from and where AI adoption actually moves from theory to practice.
4
Managers see progress in real time
The completion dashboard shows module progress, quiz scores, and engagement data without requiring managers to chase or interrupt.

Common questions

Everything you need to know before you decide

Each module takes approximately 35 to 45 minutes to complete. The four-step structure (Watch, Try, Reflect, Quiz) is designed to fit within a lunch break or a short team meeting slot. Learners can pause at any point and return without losing their progress.

No. SUSY is designed around the champions model, not a traditional facilitator-led approach. A champion in each team or department guides their colleagues through the modules and hosts the Reflect discussion. No specialist AI knowledge is required. uptakeAI provides a champion guide and onboarding pack as part of every deployment.

Yes. The branded portal option includes full white-labelling with your organisation's logo and colours. Learners see your brand throughout, not SUSY's. If you prefer to deploy via SCORM into your own LMS, the modules will appear within your existing platform environment.

SUSY delivers SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 compliant files, which are compatible with all major learning management systems including Moodle, Totara, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Absorb, Docebo, Kallidus, and SumTotal. If your LMS is SCORM-compliant, SUSY will work with it.

Yes. Many organisations start with the mandatory training tier (Modules 1 and 2 plus the bespoke context module) to meet regulatory or policy requirements, then upgrade to full platform access for teams or departments where deeper capability is needed. Pricing for upgrades is straightforward and there is no duplication of content.

Yes, SUSY is CPD-accredited. All ten modules contribute to continuing professional development records. The platform is also aligned with the EU AI Act and references ISO standards for responsible AI use. This makes SUSY appropriate for organisations in regulated sectors where training needs to meet governance and compliance requirements.
