Most e-learning is self-paced and passive. People start it, intend to return, and never do. SUSY is built differently. The champions model draws on research showing that peer accountability and social learning dramatically increase both completion rates and retention.
A champion is not a trainer. They are a colleague who guides their team through the modules, hosts the Reflect discussions, and keeps momentum. Typically one champion per team or department. No specialist knowledge required.

SUSY delivers SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 compliant files, which are compatible with all major learning management systems including Moodle, Totara, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Absorb, Docebo, Kallidus, and SumTotal. If your LMS is SCORM-compliant, SUSY will work with it.
