Our aim
An AI-capable organisation, built on people
"As set out in Magenta Living's AI Strategy, our ambition is to build an AI-capable organisation that is innovative, customer-focused and future-ready. We recognised that successful AI adoption depends on developing the confidence, knowledge and skills of our colleagues, not just introducing new technology."
Our approach
SUSY inside a wider AI capability programme
"To support this ambition, we introduced the SUSY AI learning platform as a key component of our AI capability programme. Alongside the Wirral AI Academy, SUSY provides accessible learning pathways that help colleagues understand AI fundamentals, develop practical skills and explore responsible AI use. This directly supports the commitments set out in our AI Strategy and AI Policy to invest in AI literacy, encourage responsible innovation and embed AI learning throughout the organisation."
What has changed
AI is part of everyday conversations
"AI has become part of everyday conversations across Magenta Living. Colleagues are increasingly using AI to improve productivity, solve business challenges and enhance customer services, while understanding the importance of governance, data protection and human oversight. Learning pathways are clearer, engagement has increased, and AI capability is becoming embedded within our culture."

Empowering people, not simply deploying technology
Where they are now
An established part of the AI learning ecosystem
"Today, SUSY is an established part of our AI learning ecosystem. Combined with our wider AI Academy programme and supported by our AI Policy, it is helping create a workforce that is confident, capable and responsible in its use of AI. We are now focused on scaling adoption, sharing best practice and ensuring AI delivers meaningful benefits for both customers and colleagues."

Next step
Build capability, not just access
SUSY works hardest where it sits inside a wider plan: a policy people understand, learning pathways matched to the job, and governance that everybody can see.
